Policies

We understand that planning around children can be unpredictable.
We work hard to ensure our policies meet you where you are.
We always do our best to make your lives a little bit easier.
Payment & Bond

To secure your party date, a refundable bond is required at the time of booking.

Bond amounts are listed under each party package.​

​

Your hire fee is due 7 days before your party.

If your booking is made less than 7 days before your party, both the bond and hire fee are due at the time of booking.​

​

Your bond will be refunded once your party pack has been returned on time, complete, and in reasonable condition.​ Reasonable costs may be deducted from the bond for late returns, missing items, damage, or excess cleaning.

Payments
Cancellations & Rescheduling

Please contact Pixie Wish Parties in writing as soon as possible if you need to cancel or move your booking.​


Cancellations made 7 or more days before your party will receive a full refund of any amount paid.​​

Cancellations made less than 7 days before your party will incur a $60 cancellation fee. 

This helps cover the time, preparation and booking space held for your party.  Any remaining amount paid will be refunded.

If you need to reschedule, we will do our best to move your booking to another available date. 

If a reschedule is requested less than 7 days before the booking, this will incur a charge of 15% of the hire fee.​

Reschedules are not confirmed until agreed by Pixie Wish Parties.

​

Once a party pack has been delivered, collected or used, cancellations and reschedules are not usually available.​

If Pixie Wish Parties needs to cancel your booking for any reason, you will receive a full refund or the option to move your booking to another available date.

Damage, Missing Items, Cleaning & Late Returns
Item Care & Late Returns

Party packs should be returned on time, complete, dry, and in reasonable condition.

We understand that there will be a general level of wear and tear; however, extra cleaning fees may apply if items are returned with excessive dirt, mud, food, drink spills, slime, paint, smoke, pet mess, or anything else that needs cleaning beyond normal post-party care.

​

If an item is lost, broken, damaged, stained, or returned in a condition that means it cannot be safely rehired, we may deduct repair or replacement costs from your bond. We again, understand that there will be a general level of wear and tear.

​

If the cost of cleaning, repair, replacement, late return fees or missing items is more than the bond paid, the remaining amount may be payable by the customer.

​

We will always explain any bond deductions clearly.

​

Late returns may incur a fee of 20% of the total hire fee for each day, or part day, the party pack is returned late.

​

These are the replacement fees that may be charged for missing, lost or damaged items: Fairy Wings - $8 Tutus - $7 Cloaks - $15 Flower crowns - $6 Leaf crowns - $3 Woodland Masks - $5 Wands - $8 Clothes Rack - $30 Clothes Hangers - $1 Clothes Tubs - $15 Hobby Horses - $45 Stands/Crate - $60 Vines - $9 Bubble Guns - $16 Bubble Guns No Batteries - $8 Bubble Wands - $3

Safety & Supervision

Children must be actively supervised by a responsible adult while using Pixie Wish Parties items.
 

Our party packs are designed for open-space play. Hobby horses, obstacles and bubbles are not suitable for small indoor rooms.
 

Items must be used safely, gently, and only for their intended purpose, with the age and abilities of the children in mind.
 

Some items may not be suitable for children under 3 or children who still mouth objects. Small items, accessories and dress-ups should be used with extra care around younger children.
 

Bubble play must be supervised, as bubble liquid can make some surfaces slippery.

​

Some items may contain standard batteries. Pixie Wish Parties does not use button batteries.
 

If an item becomes damaged, broken or unsafe, please remove it from play and let us know when the pack is returned.

Privacy & Photos

Pixie Wish Parties collects the information needed to manage your booking, such as your name, contact details, party date, party pack choice, payment status, and delivery or pick-up details.

​

We may keep simple booking notes to help with future bookings and to improve Pixie Wish Parties.

​

Your information is used for Pixie Wish Parties purposes only.

We do not sell customer information.

​

We may contact you about your booking, payment, collection, return details or feedback. Marketing messages will only be sent if you have agreed to receive them.

​

Photos of children, families, homes or private parties will not be shared by Pixie Wish Parties without permission. If you tag Pixie Wish Parties on social media, we may ask before resharing your post.
